Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any food or feed items. This includes all natural treats, baked goods, and edible products. All of our Barkery items are handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, and colour are to be expected. Each item is carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

For non-perishable items, returns may be accepted if you contact us first to discuss the issue. Any approved returns must be sent back at your own cost, and items should be returned in their original condition. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
